Business Analyst / Project ManagerOverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery through deployment. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, projects remain on track, and successful business outcomes are delivered.
Responsibilities- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate discussions between business teams, development teams, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle, including discovery, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define project scope, requirements, processes, and implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate technical integration discussions and validate readiness across internal teams and external partners.
- Partner with QA teams to track testing activities, monitor test execution, and ensure timely completion of test cases and sign-offs.
- Manage communication plans for key project milestones, including user acceptance testing, business approvals, technical approvals, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate production deployments and launch activities while ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.
- Drive accountability across project participants to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or a hybrid BA/PM role supporting technology initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Experience creating and managing project schedules, work plans, and project artifacts.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions across varying levels of technical expertise.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and technology implementation projects.
- Experience supporting testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment planning.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is 80-85/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
