Slalom's Florida Market is seeking an Integrated Solutions Leader (Director) who is looking to make a local impact, sell transformational solutions & manage both enterprise and mid-market clients. In this role, you will be tasked with proactively identifying opportunities to help clients across industries to meet their objectives while ensuring high quality delivery of the entire suite of Slalom offerings.
What You'll Do
• Client Engagement & Solutioning: Serve as a subject matter expert to develop complex, tailored, multi-capability solutions aligned to market trends and client needs in partnership with Customer Outcomes leadership.
• Delivery Oversight: Lead technical delivery and resolve hands on coding escalations in complex, multi-capability project delivery while ensuring adherence to Delivery Excellence standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic client relationships to drive long-term value and trusted advisor status.
• Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by contributing to sales efforts, proposal development, and large-scale deal structuring.
• Operational and Strategic Planning: Develop insights to identify staffing needs and contribute to strategic planning through client insights and pursuit support.
What You'll Bring
• Solution Design & Delivery: A minimum of 10+ years of proven ability to solution and provide strategic leadership from a consulting background, driving product development and technology strategy across software engineering, cloud operations, and enterprise security.
• Client Engagement: Skilled in building trusted client relationships and acting as a strategic advisor across industries and capabilities.
• Sales & Pursuit Support: Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale pursuits, including proposal creation, SOW development, and contract negotiation.
• Organizational Navigation: Familiarity with internal consulting structures and ability to mobilize the right capabilities for integrated solutioning.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring consultants in solutioning and delivery excellence.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this role is $200k to $235k for a Director. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
