Title: Enterprise Salesforce - Agentforce Technical Architect / Senior Developer

Slalom is seeking a hands-on Agentforce Technical Architect / Senior Developer to design and deliver AI-powered Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise clients. This role combines solution architecture, software development, and technical thought leadership-from shaping use cases and architecture through configuration, custom development, integration, and production deployment. The ideal candidate brings direct Agentforce implementation experience, strong Salesforce engineering fundamentals, and the ability to guide clients and delivery teams through the responsible, scalable adoption of AI.

What You'll Do
• Lead technical discovery and translate complex business requirements into scalable Agentforce solution architectures.
• Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy production-ready Agentforce solutions.
• Develop custom actions and extensions using Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Define architectures spanning Agentforce, Salesforce clouds, Data 360, enterprise data, integrations, security, and governance.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, balancing declarative capabilities with custom development where appropriate.
• Partner with functional, data, integration, security, and change teams to deliver cohesive client outcomes.
• Create proofs of concept and points of view that connect Salesforce AI with technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
• Establish technical standards, reusable assets, implementation patterns, and development best practices.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, identify delivery risks, and guide teams through complex technical decisions.
• Provide Agentforce thought leadership and enable Slalom teams through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Support client presentations, solutioning, customer stories, and strategic pursuit activities.

What You'll Bring
• Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing Agentforce solutions in client or enterprise environments.
• Deep Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, integrations, testing, and deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform limits, security, sharing, data models, and multi-cloud solution patterns.
• Experience designing AI solutions using prompt engineering, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, model orchestration, evaluation, and responsible AI controls.
• Working knowledge of Data 360 architecture and its role in grounding, setup and data retrieval inside of Agentforce projects; implementation experience or certification is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate business use cases into technical designs, delivery plans, and production-ready solutions.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives, business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, organization, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Preferred certifications and learning achievements include Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Agentblazer Legend 2026 status, and completion of the Agentforce Implementation Ready and Data 360 Implementation Ready curricula in Salesforce Partner Learning Camp.
• Nice to have: Salesforce architecture credentials such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or relevant domain architect certifications, including Platform Data Architect, Platform Integration Architect, Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect, and Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
• Experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, NVIDIA NeMo/NIMs, Anthropic or similar AI platforms is a plus.
• Experience delivering complex programs within a large consulting firm or enterprise organization is a plus.
