ABOUT THE ROLE

Sturgeon Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead crews on commercial and/or industrial projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to read blueprints, coordinate schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications
  • Experience running commercial electrical jobs as a General Foreman is preferred. Extensive field experience will also be considered. If you have spent years in the field and you are ready to lead, we want to talk
  • Previous General foreman or crew leadership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code
  • Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines
  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
  • Valid driver's license

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation & Benefits
  • This will be a union position. Wage depends on experience and certifications, and benefits are detailed within the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
  • Our General Foreman wages are set by the collective bargaining agreement with Local 68 and is $59.22.
