ABOUT THE ROLESturgeon Electric is seeking an experienced
Electrical General Foreman to lead crews on commercial and/or industrial projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to read blueprints, coordinate schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities- Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
- Order materials and manage job site inventory
- Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox talks
- Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
ABOUT YOUQualifications- Experience running commercial electrical jobs as a General Foreman is preferred. Extensive field experience will also be considered. If you have spent years in the field and you are ready to lead, we want to talk
- Previous General foreman or crew leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code
- Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
- Valid driver's license
WHAT WE OFFERCompensation & Benefits- This will be a union position. Wage depends on experience and certifications, and benefits are detailed within the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
- Our General Foreman wages are set by the collective bargaining agreement with Local 68 and is $59.22.
