General Dentist (DDS / DMD)

Location: On Pointe Dentistry - Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full Time ( Monday - Thursday)
Compensation: W-2 Employment 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period
Patient Mix: PPO/ FFS
Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.

This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs.
What You'll Do
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
  • Develop and present treatment plans
  • Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
  • Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements
Required
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Dental License in Arizona
  • DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)

  • Invisalign® Certification
  • Implant Restoration Experience
Preferred
  • Implant Placement Experience
  • Cosmetic dentistry experience
  • Endodontic experience
  • Oral surgery experience
  • Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
