Compensation: 33% of adjusted net production + $800-$1,000/day ramp-up guarantee for the first 4-6 months, based on experience

National Dental Chelsea is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Manhattan practice. This is an opportunity for a comprehensive provider who wants an established patient base, clinical autonomy, and the ability to continue expanding their procedure mix within a PPO and fee-for-service environment.

Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a comprehensive General Dentist who is confident in treatment planning, communicates well with patients, and is interested in continuing to expand clinically.
Preferred experience includes restorative and cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery and extractions, clear aligner therapy, and implant restoration and/or placement.
Requirements- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New York Dental License
- Active DEA Registration
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Comprehensive treatment-planning ability
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
