Salary: $105k - $130k DOE
Duration: 6 plus month contract to hire (ongoing)
As a
GenAI Product Analyst, you will be a key contributor to a newly formed team focused on delivering innovative AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on
Generative AI (GenAI). You will help shape the future of data-driven decision-making by applying cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business problems. This role offers the opportunity to lead with insight, creativity, and purpose-transforming customer experiences and setting new standards for the industry.
Your responsibilities include:- Applying GenAI capabilities and insurance underwriting knowledge to design intelligent, scalable solutions that drive business impact.
- Conducting research to identify user personas, pain points, and user journeys; using A/B testing, concept testing, and data analysis to inform and shape product development.
- Advocating on customer needs in defining product vision and developing digital solutions that drive measurable business value.
- Leading the development of business cases, operating plans, and strategic proposals for new AI-driven initiatives.
- Driving feature prioritization and roadmap planning across delivery teams based on commercial, user, and strategic goals.
- Supporting or leading sprint planning, developing epics, user stories, and managing the product backlog.
- Championing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach-delivering feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.
- Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to influence product direction.
- Communicating and monitoring progress through regular KPI reporting, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and data scientists to scope, test, and deliver AI-powered solutions.
What is needed to be successful:- Experience launching data-driven digital products or features, with a clear ability to articulate product vision and strategic alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate findings into prioritized features that balance business needs with user goals.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with analytics tools and methods to evaluate product performance and market trends.
- Experience in agile product development at scale, with strong collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage time, juggle competing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Self-starter mindset with creative problem-solving skills and a bias for action.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
It would be great if:- You have experience in financial services or insurance, particularly in underwriting workflows.
- You are passionate about emerging technologies, especially AI and GenAI, and actively explore their potential to improve products and processes.
