National Fuel is seeking a
Gas Storage Engineer / Geologist for an outstanding career opportunity in our Engineering Services department at our Williamsville, NY headquarters.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support management of the Storage Integrity Management Plan (STIMP) and valve replacement program at various well sites.
- Collect, review, and analyze various data streams for completeness, trends, and compliance.
- Contribute to the continued development, execution, and documentation of the STIMP to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Gas Storage department and field Operations personnel in implementation and adherence to integrity programs.
- Perform other scheduled duties and special projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor of Science degree in Geology or Engineering required; Petroleum Geology, Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of basic open-hole and cased-hole log analysis.
- Experience supporting the continued development, execution, and documentation of integrity management plans.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in gas storage or exploration and production.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience working with gas wells.
- Database management experience.
- Project management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $108,000

The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
