What Your Days Will Look LikeProposal Strategy & Positioning- Support the development of proposal strategy in collaboration with business owners, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Analyze RFP requirements to identify client priorities, evaluation criteria, and key decision drivers
- Contribute to value messaging that differentiates GardaWorld's integrated security solutions
- Ensure proposals are aligned with client industry context, risk environment, and operating requirements
Proposal Development & Writing - Develop clear, structured, and persuasive proposal content tailored to each client
- Translate operational, financial, and solution inputs into business-focused messaging
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all proposal sections
- Review, edit, and proofread proposal content to meet professional and compliance standards
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, or strategic commercial writing
- Experience in security, facilities services, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or other complex B2B service environments preferred
- Strong understanding of integrated service solutions and operational delivery models
- Excellent written communication skills in English; bilingual English/French is an asset
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments
