As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Think strategically about your clients’ business, systems, and risks 

• Team with your clients to develop solutions to problems and drive positive change

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Public Health, Health Administration, Information Systems, or Technology related degree 

• If an accounting major, meeting educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire, preferred 

• Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above 

• Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization 

• The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel 

• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving 

• Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability 

• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

• Availability to travel as needed for client projects 

• Seasonal flexibility to work overtime or additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed 

• Reside within a commutable distance of a Baker Tilly office and be willing to work on-site on a regular basis 

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future 

• Must be a past Summer 2025 Baker Tilly Intern

The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers to eligible employees.

In Irvine, CA: pay rate range is $78,280-$102,760

In Washington DC: pay rate range is $78,000-$107,230

In New York City, NY: pay rate range is $81,000-$111,700

The national pay rate range is $61,260-$116,160
