  • A master's degree in business, business administration (MBA), economics, or a related field.
  • No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you're applying.
  • Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship).
  • Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
  • Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
Experience with:
  • Proven experience in category, brand, or portfolio management within an FMCG or consumer-driven environment, with accountability for brand performance and portfolio growth.


  • Demonstrated track record of defining and executing portfolio strategies, including pricing, segmentation, and proposition development to meet specific consumer needs and drive revenue and profitability.


  • Experience leading and delivering integrated marketing and brand-building initiatives across multiple channels (digital and offline), including content development, campaigns, and activation plans.


  • Strong exposure to consumer insights and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies that improve acquisition, retention, and consumer engagement.


  • Experience developing and executing omnichannel communication plans, including editorial calendars and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Commercial Planning, Consumer Experience, and Channel/Trade teams.


  • Proven ability to drive consumer-centric innovation and local campaigns, adapting global strategies to local market needs and ensuring consistent execution across touchpoints.


  • Experience managing cross-functional and external partnerships, including agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders (Digital, Trade Marketing, Retail teams).


  • Strong understanding of marketing mix effectiveness, pricing (NRM), and business performance drivers, with accountability for delivering measurable business outcomes.


  • Experience in project and program management, delivering multiple initiatives in parallel with strong execution discipline.


  • Demonstrated ability to operate with financial and commercial acumen, balancing brand growth with cost efficiency and ROI optimization
