Job Overview

This role leads key cross-functional initiatives that shape consumer engagement and elevate brand performance. The role drives strategic workstreams that require deep expertise in brand positioning, consumer insights, and marketing innovation. It functions as a senior advisor to leaders across the organization, providing guidance on complex marketing challenges and long-term strategy implications. This level is accountable for enterprise-impacting initiatives and ensures alignment between brand strategy, commercial objectives, and consumer experience. The role influences senior stakeholders, guides junior leaders, and integrates research, data, and market trends into actionable strategy.

Accountabilities

1. Lead Strategic Brand Marketing Initiatives Oversee major, multi-dimensional brand marketing programs that significantly influence enterprise results. Develop integrated strategies rooted in consumer insights, business trends, and marketplace dynamics. Ensure initiatives are aligned with brand positioning and drive measurable improvements in consumer engagement and brand equity.
2. Advise on Brand Strategy Collaborate with insights, innovation, RandD, supply chain, commercial, and agency partners to create unified brand strategy. Anticipate operational dependencies, foresee risk, and gain alignment on complex marketing plans. Ensures consistent execution across teams and promote seamless integration of brand strategy throughout the organization.
3. Oversee Development and Optimization of Campaigns Direct the creation, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns reflect strategic priorities, adhere to brand guidelines, and meet defined consumer engagement objectives. Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, creative elements, and media mix for improved effectiveness.
4. Advise Senior Leaders on Brand Strategy and Consumer Trends Synthesize market intelligence, emerging trends, and competitive insights to guide decision-making. Requires translating complex data into clear business implications and strategic recommendations. Influence enterprise-level priorities and ensure brand strategy remains current and forward-thinking.
5. Drive Marketing Innovation and Capability Building Identify new approaches, tools, and methods to elevate marketing effectiveness. This includes piloting innovative techniques, evaluating new technologies, and recommending strategic investments. Ensure teams are equipped with advanced capabilities and the organization stays ahead of evolving marketing practices.
