  • A master's degree in business, business administration (MBA), economics, or a related field.
  • No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you're applying.
  • Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship).
  • Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
  • Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
Experience with:
  • Commercial & Trade Strategy Deployment: Translates brand and commercial strategy into effective trade activation plans across channels, ensuring in-market excellence and consistency.
  • Activation Planning & In-Store Execution Excellence: Leads PPOSM/TPOSM deployment, staging, and consumer engagement initiatives to drive visibility, conversion, and retailer execution quality.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Acts as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Commercial Deployment, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Investment Effectiveness & Performance Analysis: Manages trade budgets, tracks KPIs (including digital KPIs), and provides insights to optimize ROI and commercial impact.
  • Operational & Project Leadership: Plans, monitors, and controls trade initiatives and service providers using structured project management principles.
