We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a
Fusion Invest Business Analyst.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on knowledge of Fusion Invest functionalities, including trade entry, PnL checks, and end-of-day validations, coupled with a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and system dependencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the setup and configuration of Fusion Invest modules to align with business requirements
- Review and validate system-generated outputs, ensuring they meet compliance and reporting standards
- Collaborate with external vendors or consultants to address system-related issues and enhancements
- Support incident management, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions within the Fusion Invest platform
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Invest or similar platform
- Proven experience designing and running UAT processes, tracking defects, and coordinating across teams to achieve timely resolution
- Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and related data dependencies within financial systems
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
