Full Job Description
The Registered Funds team of UMB works with clients to provide accounting, tax, audit, and administrative services for mutual funds and collective trusts.

The Fund Administrator team works both independently and a team-oriented environment to collectively service clients.

As the Fund Administrator III, you will have a mix of preparation and review work. You will help with reviewing the work of a group of Fund Administrators. Preparation and reviewing responsibilities primarily include financial statements, board materials, compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration.

How you will spend your time:
  • Coordinate with Lead Administrator and client's external auditor to audit financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit
  • Respond to client questions and requests
  • You will prepare and review of quarterly, semiannual, annual financial reports, and annual registration updates for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure
  • Perform and review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions
  • Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings
  • You will handle the preparation of budgeting, expense payments, and forecasting for clients
  • You will handle the preparation of SEC compliance testing
  • Monitor and review clients' funds' performance

Compensation Range:
$56,890.00 - $109,270.00
