Work You'll Do As a core member of our team, you will work closely with our client team to identify and refine business requirements, work with the development team to translate business requirements into technical implementation and then support functional testing. You will:
- Deliver data management, analytic, and reporting capabilities to support our client's ability to inform key business and strategic decisions
- Lead requirements gathering and testing for our Web Applications Team as we re-architect and modernize high-visibility custom applications which enable key strategic and program management functions
- Gather requirements, including user story development, mockup development, and client requirements discussion facilitation
- Functional web application testing including use of automated testing tools
- Training development and user support
- Scrum master duties including backlog management, sprint planning, and client demo facilitation

Qualifications Required
: - Bachelor's degree
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 2+ years of experience with agile testing, requirements collection and management
- Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work 5 days a week, onsite in Washington, D.C.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
