- Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Starting evening rate: $40.25/hour + experience
- Every other weekend
- Holiday rotation
What You'll DoAs an Evening RN, you'll play an important role in providing quality nursing care while working alongside a supportive team.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and other members of the care team.
- Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns using sound nursing judgment.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation.
- Assist with transfers, and changes in resident condition.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and other departments to provide excellent resident care.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Compassionate and resident-focused.
- Dependable and committed to providing quality care.
- Strong communication and clinical judgment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but not required.
