Qualifications

• Active and clear medical license in practice state
• DEA Certificate of Registration for prescribing medications
• Board certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Psychiatry
• Relevant additional certification may be required by state
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on thorough patient assessment
• Complete necessary medical documentation according to Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide injections as required during patient visits
• Engage in collaborative practice with other Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
