Core Responsibilities:

• AI Leadership: Champion AI-native tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery and provide technical mentorship across AWS and full-stack domains.
• Domain Ownership: Manage Auth0 implementation, OIDC/SAML protocols, and secure migration strategies with zero customer disruption.
• Modernization: Oversee Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and React development while refactoring legacy systems.
• Collaboration: Partner with InfoSec and Product Owners to align technical specs and monitor platform health via New Relic.

Required Technical Profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience (3+ in leadership).
• Deep expertise in IAM (Auth0, Okta) and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC/SAML).
• Proficiency in AI-augmented development, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong background in security best practices and Agile methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with legacy IDP migrations, Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK/Terraform), and UI accessibility (WCAG).
