Are you an early-career software engineer passionate about building data-driven solutions that deliver real business impact? Join our Fund Administration IT team and help power critical mutual fund administration platforms used across the organization.

Working within one of our agile squads, you'll collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA professionals, product owners, and technical leaders to design, develop, and enhance applications that support key business processes. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills while working on meaningful, data-centric solutions in a highly collaborative environment.

Salary range is expected to be between
$90,160.00 USD - $167,440.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
