Everforth ECS seeks a dynamic and experienced Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer to provide solution engineering, design, and development services for our national security client. We are seeking a problem solver, who enjoys the challenge of tackling technical tasks and problems creatively and communally. A strong desire and aptitude for learning is a must with a proven ability to adapt and drive change - our solution is rapidly evolving, along with new requirements, technologies and the threat landscape. The ideal candidate will: - Have a solid understanding of application architecture and interfaces as well as experience with data modeling, software development and the execution of lifecycle delivery and support services, including SecDevOps and the integration of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. - Be experienced with writing well structured code and applications using coding best practices to deliver enterprise applications - Proactively seeking opportunities to define and improve processes to align and optimize resources across technical areas and in response to a dynamic customer environment - Provide thought leadership and influence through effective communication and consultative, analytical, organizational, and design skills - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and navigate strong personalities using excellent communication skills Salary Range: $155,000-$185,000 General Description of Benefits - Must be a US Citizen - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems management, engineering, or other relevant discipline. - 7+ years experience using Agile and SecDevOps practices and tools to iteratively and rapidly deliver secure enterprise scale solutions. - 3+ years experience leading technical analysis and solution development efforts, including evaluating new methodologies and technologies, make recommendations that meet requirements and optimally deliver technical capabilities that match business needs (reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, security, usability) on projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. - 3+ years experience working with Customer Experience / Human Centered Design experts to deliver customer-focused, effective solutions - 3+ years experience building and deploying web applications with Python/Django and modern JavaScript, using a responsive, component-based UI approach. Experience with a government or enterprise design system a plus. - 3+ years Experience with production relational databases and an ORM, plus containerized deployment to a cloud platform. Exposure to serverless and object storage a plus. - 5+ years experience designing and implementing solutions to include consideration of Federal security requirements, including ATO processes and inherited controls from an authorized platform, and identity integration via Login.gov / OpenID Connect (OIDC) - Experience with Git-based version control and pull-request workflows (public GitHub a plus). - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with issue-tracking and team collaboration platforms (Jira, GitHub Projects, Confluence, or similar). - Experience building to web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508), including accessible forms, modals, and screen-reader testing. - Familiarity with domain registry/registrar architecture, including the registry-registrar model and EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol), or ability to ramp quickly. - Working knowledge of DNS concepts and record types and the difference between authoritative DNS and DNS hosting.
