Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Security Developer to design, develop, and maintain security-focused applications supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across front-end and back-end development, with expertise in Angular, Java 17, Node.js, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS. This role requires a security-first mindset, strong understanding of security protocols and secure development practices, and the ability to independently design solutions, lead development efforts, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to cloud-native development and AWS migration initiatives while ensuring applications meet enterprise security, compliance, scalability, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting enterprise security and IAM functions.
• Develop modern front-end applications using Angular, including current and migrating Angular versions.
• Build scalable back-end services using Java 17, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
• Design and develop secure REST APIs and integrations across multiple applications and services.
• Architect and implement secure, reusable code, libraries, and application components.
• Develop solutions that follow security-first principles, enterprise security protocols, and applicable compliance standards.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Support cloud-native application development and migration initiatives using AWS.
• Design and implement solutions for applications operating at enterprise scale and supporting large user populations.
• Perform secure development, code reviews, static code analysis, quality assurance, and DevOps activities.
• Follow Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Agile, and other modern software development practices.
• Identify security and technical gaps in existing platforms and implement enhancements to improve security and application capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing processes using DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with security teams, application teams, architecture teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, establish development best practices, and mentor junior team members.
• Take ownership of technical designs and proactively propose solutions rather than relying solely on predefined approaches.
• Support continuous improvement of security applications and cloud-native platforms.

Required Qualifications
• Experience working in a software development role with strong full-stack development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 and enterprise application development.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, application architecture, and production deployment.
• Experience developing secure applications and following security-first development practices.
• Understanding of security protocols, secure coding practices, and enterprise security requirements.
• Experience with DevOps tools and automated application build and deployment processes.
• Experience with software testing and automated testing tools.
• Experience with code reviews and static code analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of TDD and/or BDD practices.
• Ability to independently design solutions and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide other technical team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Certifications
• Security, cloud, AWS, or relevant technical certifications are preferred.
