Full Job Description
This isn't just about writing prompts - it's about building resilient systems that can handle the unique challenges of working with AI at scale and can solve some of the industry's most interesting problems like memory, agent-to-agent collaboration, non-deterministic repeatability, and more.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
  • Drive full-stack feature development from conception to deployment, taking ownership of key product initiatives
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of user-facing features that improve the overall user experience
  • Build robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing systems
  • Optimize prompts, fine-tune AI model behavior, and rigorously evaluate performance
  • Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our digital products
  • Stay at the forefront of agent-based products and emerging AI capabilities
  • Ship your first PR on day one

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A humble attitude, eagerness to support teammates, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed
  • Strong full-stack foundation - from building frontend components to developing APIs and integrating third-party services
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into real-world applications
  • Proficiency with modern development practices and meaningful real-world experience
  • Experience working on user-facing products, with the ability to distinguish signal from noise through direct customer engagement
  • Willingness to work hard, move quickly and effectively, and adapt rapidly in a changing environment
  • Exceptional ability to learn, execute, and teach others
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to leverage off-the-shelf tools when appropriate, along with a passion for building internal tools that accelerate your own and your teammates' workflows

Additional Qualifications:
  • Proven experience building multi-agent systems capable of performing complex tasks
  • Previous experience as a core builder (not a manager) at a high-growth startup
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Strong understanding of agent orchestration and the ability to design simple, elegant systems

This role may not be a fit if:
  • You prefer working exclusively on one part of a system without direct customer interaction
  • You are uncomfortable with a fast pace and change driven by business needs
  • You are uncomfortable with ambiguity and require highly structured requirements

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role.
