Minimum Qualifications:- A humble attitude, eagerness to support teammates, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed
- Strong full-stack foundation - from building frontend components to developing APIs and integrating third-party services
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into real-world applications
- Proficiency with modern development practices and meaningful real-world experience
- Experience working on user-facing products, with the ability to distinguish signal from noise through direct customer engagement
- Willingness to work hard, move quickly and effectively, and adapt rapidly in a changing environment
- Exceptional ability to learn, execute, and teach others
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to leverage off-the-shelf tools when appropriate, along with a passion for building internal tools that accelerate your own and your teammates' workflows
Additional Qualifications:- Proven experience building multi-agent systems capable of performing complex tasks
- Previous experience as a core builder (not a manager) at a high-growth startup
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Strong understanding of agent orchestration and the ability to design simple, elegant systems

Compensation
$175,000-$225,000 USD
