Position Title: Full Stack Engineer
Location: Remote - EST Time Zone

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain our Python/FastAPI backend running on AWS ECS Fargate.
- Develop and improve AI-powered multi-agent workflows using Amazon Bedrock and LangGraph.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and long-term semantic memory.
- Develop mobile features using React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android technologies.
- Create lightweight 2D gamification and student progression features.
- Integrate GPS/geolocation functionality for school and class-related experiences.
- Design and maintain data models across PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB Atlas.
- Contribute to AWS infrastructure, Terraform, and secure cloud architecture.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Support mobile releases through Apple App Store Connect and Google Play.
- Monitor application performance using tools such as New Relic, OpenTelemetry, and AWS X-Ray.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into accessible, reliable products.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production applications, APIs, or mobile applications.
- Strong experience with Python and preferably FastAPI.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred ExperiencePrior experience with any of the following is a plus:
- LangGraph, LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, or OpenAI
