Role Summary

Key Accountabilities- Design and develop scalable, reliable web applications aligned with enterprise architecture and API strategy.
- Lead development efforts on complex, high-impact projects from concept through deployment.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable code and system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate new technologies and solutions.
- Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, agile engineering culture.
- Explore and apply modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance solutions.
Education & ExperienceRequired:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field
- 8+ years of experience developing or designing web, mobile, or desktop applications
- Strong expertise in component-based architecture and user-centered design principles
Preferred:- Experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level development projects
- Familiarity with modern frameworks, open-source tools, and agile methodologies
- Experience working with external vendors or integrating third-party solutions
