What We're Looking ForTrillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Full Stack Developer II to join our team! The Full Stack Developer II designs, develops, and maintains application solutions and applies independent judgment to implement features and resolve issues. The role contributes to system design, supports integration, and ensures reliable and scalable application performance.
On a typical day, you might:- Develop and maintain complex SQL code including stored procedures, functions, views, queries, and data-processing scripts to support business applications and operational processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot database issues, including query performance, data discrepancies, failed processes, and production issues, and work with other technical teams to identify and resolve root causes.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Application Developers, and QA teams to understand requirements, translate business needs into database solutions, and support the development and testing of new functionality.
- Design, modify, and optimize database structures and data processes, including tables, indexes, relationships, ETL/data movement processes, and SQL queries to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance.
- Participate in an Agile/Scrum development environment, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews while managing assigned development work, code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain API's, integrations, and data processing components.

QualificationsRequired:
- Associate's degree and six (6) years of experience in web development, including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Azure DevOps, Structured Query Language (SQL), and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) or Microsoft .NET framework. Requires certification; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- An applicable information technology certification is required when qualifying through an Associate's degree pathway.
- Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications will be accepted.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must reside within the United States.
