Job Summary
We are seeking two Full Stack Developers with strong frontend expertise to support a major UI modernization of an enterprise healthcare Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) portal. The role will focus on the frontend stack, including build tooling, design system adoption, production React components, and administrative interfaces, while also supporting API integration and identity management capabilities. The developers will collaborate with a Tech Lead who owns architecture and code review and will work within a CIAM environment using OAuth2/OIDC flows, ForgeRock or similar identity platforms, and Kubernetes pipelines on AWS EKS. Mid-level to senior-level experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Migrate the application from Create React App to Vite and upgrade React, TypeScript, and React Router.
• Adopt the new design system, including design tokens, CSS custom properties, and utility classes, and remove legacy CSS-in-JS.
• Build the new application shell, including a sticky header, collapsible sidebar navigation, and footer.
• Develop dashboard surfaces, including an animated hero, onboarding stepper, and application tile grid.
• Build redesigned administrative tables with sorting, status indicators, search, filtering, and pagination.
• Develop multi-step modal wizards with validation and API integration.
• Connect components to authenticated user state, SCIM/IDM APIs, and entitlement data.
• Maintain and extend ForgeRock journeys for login, MFA, email and phone validation, password updates, and identity verification.
• Deploy and validate applications in Kubernetes namespaces on AWS EKS across development, sandbox, and UAT environments.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead, design teams, and other technical stakeholders to implement UI solutions based on approved architecture and high-fidelity designs.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, including hooks and Redux Toolkit.
• Strong CSS expertise, including design tokens, CSS Grid, Flexbox, and accessible animations.
• Experience with frontend build tooling such as Vite and Webpack.
• Experience with form state management and validation using technologies such as React Hook Form and Zod.
• Experience developing complex multi-step user interfaces.
• Experience with accessible development practices, including ARIA, keyboard navigation, and WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Experience building user interfaces from Figma or high-fidelity prototypes.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM or IDM.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2/OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC in Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Experience deploying applications to AWS EKS.
• Experience with Docker and Nginx for containerized builds and CI/CD.
• Experience working across frontend and backend integration points in enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience migrating applications from Create React App to Vite or removing styled-components and other legacy CSS-in-JS implementations.
• Experience with Cypress or other end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environments.
