Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer with 5-10 years of hands-on full stack development experience to build and enhance enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work directly with product and business stakeholders, deliver with minimal guidance, and proactively drive solutions end to end across UI, APIs, services, and data layers. The role is based onshore, with Chicago preferred and CST/EST alignment acceptable.

Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
 Build and consume RESTful services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
 Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles to deliver scalable and testable code.
 Implement robust data access layers using Entity Framework and optimize data operations as needed.
 Develop modern user interfaces using Blazor.
 Implement asynchronous messaging and eventing workflows using RabbitMQ and ensure reliable integrations.
 Work with MongoDB for NoSQL persistence and validation as required.
 Collaborate closely with product and business teams to refine requirements and translate them into working software increments.
 Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, delivery predictability, and software quality.
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI, API, and data layers.
 Optimize application performance and identify opportunities for technical improvements.
 Work with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.

Required Qualifications
 5-10 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
 Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
 Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API development.
 Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, layered architecture, and clean architecture concepts.
 Experience with Entity Framework and data access layer development.
 Hands-on experience with Blazor.
 Experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous messaging/eventing workflows.
 Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
 Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across UI, API, and data layers.
 Experience working with databases such as Sybase or SQL Server.
 Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana, and Redis.
 Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
 Proficiency with Git version control.
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 Ability to work independently, proactively drive tasks to completion, identify risks, and resolve blockers.

Preferred Qualifications
 Awareness of Angular.
 Awareness and practical use of emerging AI tools for software development.
 Experience working directly with product and business stakeholders.
 Strong ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
