Job Summary
The Full Stack Developer will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of applications used by the Identity and Access Management (IAM) security team. The role requires strong front-end and back-end development experience, with a focus on Angular, Java, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Node.js, and AWS. The developer will work within a security-first, cloud-native environment, following application development best practices, security scanning requirements, and organizational compliance standards. The role also involves supporting cloud migration initiatives and contributing independently to technical designs and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain applications supporting IAM and security operations.
• Develop modern front-end applications using Angular, including current and migrating versions.
• Develop and maintain back-end services using Java 17, with Spring Boot and Node.js as applicable.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs to support application functionality and system integrations.
• Follow software development best practices, security scanning requirements, and organizational compliance standards.
• Apply a security-first mindset throughout application design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Apply knowledge of security protocols and secure application development practices.
• Support the team's cloud journey, including application migration to AWS.
• Develop cloud-native solutions and contribute to cloud migration initiatives.
• Create technical designs and propose solutions independently based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with security, IAM, cloud, and development teams to deliver scalable and secure applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing application enhancements.
Required Qualifications
• Strong full-stack development experience across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with Angular, including recent versions.
• Experience with Java 17.
• Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
• Understanding of application security protocols and secure development practices.
• Experience following security scans, compliance standards, and software development best practices.
• Ability to independently develop technical designs and propose solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Philadelphia, PA.
• Ability to attend the second-round interview onsite.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Hands-on cloud migration experience.
• Experience supporting IAM or security-focused applications.
• Experience working in cloud-native development environments.
