Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our Equity Swaps team in ESTAR, contributing to the development and enhancement of a C# backend application paired with a React-based data visualization tool. This platform enables fast and efficient creation of dashboards and automated reporting using configurable templates. As part of a global technology team, you will help drive innovation and deliver software solutions that support the strategic needs of the business.
This position sits within the Technology Division, which is dedicated to building the platforms, applications, and tools that empower our firm and its clients to redefine markets and communities through technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with global technology peers to deliver high-quality solutions in line with firm standards.Work directly with product leads to discuss enhancements and provide input on future technical solutions.Contribute as a full-stack developer, working primarily with C# on the backend, and React and databases on the frontend and data layers.Capture user feedback and business requirements, and translate them into scalable and maintainable system designs.Design and implement new features and bug fixes while maintaining code quality and performance.Develop and maintain automated test coverage for newly implemented features.Continuously suggest improvements that align with business goals and technological advancement.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in back-end software development using C# or Java.Strong experience working with relational databases.Demonstrated experience working as a full-stack developer in a collaborative and agile environment.Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.Familiarity with KDB, MongoDB, or Python is a strong advantage.Exposure to data visualization tools or platforms for reporting.
Certifications
None required; relevant certifications in software development, cloud platforms, or frontend frameworks are a plus.
