Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, AWS/Azure, Kafka, and Kubernetes to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade software solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with scalable microservices, cloud-native development, event-driven architecture, CI/CD, and enterprise application design.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of Java-based applications and microservices.
• Contribute to high-level architecture and technical design decisions.
• Maintain and enhance existing codebases while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements related to scalability, resilience, performance, and security.
• Oversee DevOps practices, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate and improve architectural patterns to support maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Integrate event-streaming capabilities with microservices and enterprise applications.
• Support containerized application deployments across cloud environments.

Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, including Java 8+ features, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate, dependency injection, and application configuration.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience building and deploying microservices in production environments.
• Understanding of microservices patterns, including Saga, Circuit Breaker, and distributed tracing.
• Experience addressing cross-cutting concerns such as security, auditing, logging, and exception handling.
• Practical experience with Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
• Understanding of pub/sub models, consumer groups, and partitioning.
• Experience integrating event-streaming platforms with microservices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of modular architecture, scalability, resilience, and non-functional requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed architectural decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with DevOps, QA, Product, and other cross-functional teams.

• Exposure to reactive programming.
