Full Stack DeveloperAn active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role About this RoleWe're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative, mixed-skillset team of developers, analysts, and subject matter experts building and modernizing a system that supports mission management and workflow automation. You'll work directly alongside mission customers, turning real operational requirements into working software - and you'll have a meaningful hand in shaping how that system evolves.
Your focus will be on backend API development, though you'll contribute across the full stack. You'll implement new features, support an automation development team with code reviews and software engineering expertise, and help identify and build enabling functions that make automation efforts possible. You'll also play a key role in modernizing and hardening the mission management system - including migrating it to a Kubernetes-based infrastructure, performing system updates and upgrades, and developing and integrating additional security features.
This is the kind of role where your engineering judgment matters. You won't just be executing tickets - you'll be a technical voice on a team doing consequential work.
Requirements- 8 years of relevant experience, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a B.S. in a technical discipline
- Experience building full-scale applications and APIs using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Service containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm chart authoring and CI/CD integration
- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git for version control
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Preferred Skills- Experience with data orchestration platforms such as Dagster or Airflow
- Full-stack development experience including front-end frameworks such as React or Vue
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipeline development
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
