Job Summary:
The Full Stack Application Support Developer will provide production support and application development for business-critical applications using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure. The role combines application development, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement responsibilities. The developer will collaborate with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver application enhancements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide production support for business-critical applications, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET and Angular.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
• Build and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
• Support and maintain applications hosted in Microsoft Azure.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate issue status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query tuning and database development.
• Experience developing and supporting SSIS and SSRS solutions.
• Proficiency in .NET and C# application development.
• Experience with Angular and modern web application development.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting production applications in a 24x7 environment.
