Loula is seeking experienced full-spectrum doulas to join our growing network of independent doula providers! You must complete this interest form to move forward in our process! We're excited to hear from you! Minimum Qualifications You'll need one of the following: • Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR • 5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation You'll also need: • Adult and infant CPR training • HIPAA training • Liability insurance If you don't yet have CPR training, HIPAA training, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out! We can support you in getting set up with these requirements. Please note that if you are not located in California and/or do not meet the minimum qualifications listed above, we will be unable to move forward with an introductory meeting.
