As a Full-Service Manager, you'll lead front-of-house (FOH) and bar operations for our signature restaurants, blending structure with vibe, quality with momentum, and brand standards with personal flair. This role is highly visible, collaborative, and strategic-ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in an energetic, Guest-forward environment.

What You'll Own
  • Lead all FOH operations and bar service for a full-service restaurant environment
  • Drive floor execution and Guest experience across shifts, events, and service peaks
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef to align timing, service, and culinary delivery
  • Train and develop high-performing FOH and bar teams with a focus on engagement, efficiency, and upselling
  • Manage beverage service, drink presentation, and light inventory and ordering
  • Monitor and analyze labor, service metrics, and financial performance
  • Respond to Guest feedback and coach teams for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and GRA regulations
  • Contribute to monthly reports and provide strategic input to the VP of Food and Beverage

What You Bring
  • 6+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience
  • 5+ years in FOH and/or bar supervisory/managerial roles, preferably in full-service or bar-forward restaurants
  • Demonstrated ability to drive service standards and team performance
  • Strong communication and Guest engagement skills
  • Experience with bar programs, inventory controls, and labor efficiency
  • ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
  • Knowledge of and compliance with Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's)
  • Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process


Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Involves standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
