The Full Charge Bookkeeper is the financial backbone of Desert Sound & Security. This is a focused, hands-on accounting role for someone who truly knows their craft - a detail-oriented professional who takes full ownership of the company's financial functions and operates with accuracy, integrity, and discretion. Experience with construction accounting is highly preferred.
Your Location:- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Your Schedule:- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
Your Manager:Your Contribution to Desert Sound:- AR, AP, Bank Recs, Collections, and Cash Management
- Monthly Sales Tax Report
- Oversee Contracts w/ Manufacturers & Vendors
- Annual Budgeting & Cash Flows
- Benefits & Insurance Administration
- Job Costing & Inventory
- Payroll
Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience:- +5yrs: Full Charge Bookkeeping & Quickbooks
