The Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting strategic initiatives across the North America Fulfillment network. Reporting to the Strategic Fulfillment Programs team, this role partners with business leaders, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, structure, and deliver programs that improve fulfillment capabilities, operational performance, and business outcomes.

Success in this role requires more than strong project management fundamentals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. They can quickly understand complex business problems, synthesize information, facilitate productive conversations, and translate strategy into executable plans.

This role will support a portfolio of initiatives spanning distribution operations, process optimization, systems enablement, network capabilities, and future-state fulfillment strategies.

Program & Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic fulfillment initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are met
  • Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans
  • Support business readiness, implementation planning, and change management activities
Strategic Problem Solving & Analysis
  • Partner with business leaders to define problems, evaluate opportunities, and structure workstreams
  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze information from multiple sources to support decision-making
  • Translate complex concepts and discussions into clear recommendations, plans, and actions
  • Identify dependencies, impacts, and tradeoffs across interconnected initiatives
  • Support business case development and prioritization discussions
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
  • Facilitate working sessions, workshops, and project governance meetings
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Technology, Engineering, Finance, and other partner teams
  • Prepare executive-ready communications, presentations, status updates, and decision materials
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, decisions, timelines, and expected outcomes
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining momentum and partnership
Portfolio & PMO Excellence
  • Ensure projects adhere to established program and PMO standards
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, decision records, and governance artifacts
  • Contribute to portfolio planning, roadmap development, and annual planning activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, tools, and operating models

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management, consulting, operations, supply chain, or related experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from discovery through implementation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating executive presentations and facilitating stakeholder discussions
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex business challenges
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, retail operations, or related environments preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus; proven experience with industry-standard project management tools, methodologies, and governance practices is required

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$87,700 - $115,100annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
