POSITION SUMMARY

Title: Fulfillment Lead
Location: On-site at our Pinehurst, NC area facility

Kraken Kinetics is seeking a highly driven, commercially minded Fulfillment Lead to sustain and expand our ability to respond to emerging requirements. This role is designed for someone who finds innovative ways to hit targets and drive successful product delivery outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will operate at the intersection of end users, industry partners, and Kraken Kinetics Operations. You will be the primary liaison and resource between Strategic Partnerships and Production ensuring emerging operational needs are met and communication is fluid between customers, production, and operations.

This is a tactical role with built-in pathways to PM ownership based on performance. This role is well-suited for an ambitious candidate with strong communications instincts who wants to take ownership of Kraken Kinetics brand among our customers and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the voice of Kraken Kinetics strategic business interests within the Production team
• Identify, evaluate, and advance delivery schedules within existing accounts
• Support decision making for prioritization of competing deliveries
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver on partner commitments
• Monitor program and deal performance, track risks, and ensure consistent follow-through
• Represent Kraken Kinetics in all delivery related communications, including the issuance of quotes, receipt of POs, and shipping details
• Maintain disciplined tracking of pipeline, account activity, and partnership performance this is same as maintaining CRM

EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in a B2B environment (shipping and receiving, mission success, customer support)
• Logistics mindset with customer facing skillset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess opportunities and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute independently
• Comfort working with both technical and business teams
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership in prior roles
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in autonomy, robotics, aerospace, defense, or adjacent advanced technology sectors
• Proven ability to forecast demand and develop response plans
• Working knowledge of export control regulations (ITAR/EAR)
• Background in high-growth startups or dynamic environments
• Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or systems integration challenges

SALARY & BENEFITS

Kraken Kinetics is committed to offering a competitive compensation package to attract and retain top talent. This full-time, on-site exempt position offers an annual salary range of $80,000- $115,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
