Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in fuel pricing, account management, procurement, or retail fuel operations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong understanding of the retail fuel environment, with OPIS and fuel card industry knowledge preferred.
• Skilled in data analysis and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of fuel programs across all locations.
• Develop and adjust pricing mechanisms based on performance analysis.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing and new partners.
• Build and manage fuel plans for new store openings, including setting volume expectations.
• Maintain accurate pricing data and amenity information for all fuel program providers.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate monthly/quarterly performance results.
• Analyze profitability and cost components for each fuel program, ensuring compliance with regulations.
