Job Description
Develops/manages all import and export regulations and policies. Coordinates customs audits and inquires. Assist in negotiating international freight and broker/forwarder contracts and requirements. Develop international trade policies and procedures. Manage all adherence to all license requirements and insure that all certifications and requirements are met-e.g. (NAFTA, CTPAT, ITAR,EAR. ) Work closely with technical and legal entities to ensure tariff classification compliance. Develops and implements logistics services to support each element of a business area’s supply chain model.
