Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification
• Active California RN and CRNA licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care in an outpatient surgery center
• Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams to ensure patient safety
• Maintain a focus on quality patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Manage patient recovery in the post-anesthesia care unit
