Your Role We are looking for a Senior Lead AI Engineer to drive the development and production deployment of scalable AI and ML solutions This role is hands on responsible for technical implementation and project management
The ideal candidate has successfully taken AgenticAIGenAI systems from build to enterprise scale production with deep expertise in cloud platforms and modern AI frameworks
Responsibilities: Own end to end AI system design across GenAI ML pipelines and agentic workflows
Architect scalable RAG platforms integrating multiple data sources embeddings and vector search
Govern agent based intake systems with validation decisioning orchestration and human in the loop controls
Define LLMOpsMLOps standards evaluation monitoring drift detection cost governance and release management
Guide model selection prompt strategies fine tuning and performance optimization
Mentor AI engineers and provide design and code reviews
Partner with product owners risk and compliance leaders to align AI solutions
Core Skills TechnologiesPython FastAPI and ML libraries
Experience with LLMs embeddings prompt engineering RAG patterns
LLM orchestration agent frameworks and retrieval systems
Vector databases document stores and structured logging
Cloud AI platforms and containerized deployments
SQL data pipelines and schema driven data processing
Strong knowledge of LangChain for language processing
Advanced skills in prompt engineering for AI optimization
Strong hands on experience with one or more AWSGCPAzure
Experience using CICD pipelines using JenkinsGitLab CIGitHub Actions
