The opportunityAs a Staff Consultant in our Marketing Transformation practice, you will work as part of a team helping Financial Services clients transform the way they acquire, engage, and retain customers. You will support a variety of marketing transformation initiatives while developing your skills in consulting, analytics, customer strategy, and emerging technologies.
Your key responsibilities- Supporting client engagements related to marketing strategy, marketing operating models, marketing operations, performance measurement, and forecasting.
- Conducting research and analysis on Financial Services sectors, including Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets, and Insurance, as well as emerging trends in marketing and customer experience.
- Assisting with the development of client deliverables, including customer journey maps, segmentation frameworks, campaign strategies, account-based marketing (ABM) playbooks, onboarding experiences, and performance dashboards.
- Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing initiatives.
- Leveraging AI-enabled tools and platforms to accelerate research, content development, analysis, and insight generation.
- Supporting the creation of proposals, thought leadership, practice development materials, and internal knowledge assets.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, technologists, and data professionals to deliver client value.

To qualify for the role, you must have- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, consulting, analytics, Financial Services, or a related area. Internship experience is acceptable.
- Experience working with Excel and analyzing data to support business decisions.
- Exposure to data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and platforms, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Replit, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, customer experience, and Financial Services.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
Ideally, you'll also have- Coursework, certifications, internships, or project experience related to digital marketing, CRM, analytics, marketing technology, AI, or prompt engineering.
- Exposure to Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets, or Insurance industries.
- Understanding of marketing technologies such as customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation platforms, and customer engagement solutions.
- Interest in how AI is transforming marketing operating models, customer engagement, and business growth.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $69,700 to $114,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $83,500 to $130,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
