Job Description:

The charter of the Foundry Supply Chain and Manufacturing Solutions (FSMS) Group is to build innovative decision-support solutions for Intel Foundry Automation, Manufacturing, Customer and Strategic Planning to help maintain Intel's Foundry advantage, leveraging our deep Operations Research, Advanced Analytics, and Software Architecture skills. Our solutions have been recognized over the years both internally as well as externally to Intel. We are looking for motivated, committed team members with good problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.

This Role and Impact

As a Technology Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of innovative products from concept to execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring seamless alignment with business needs and customer requirements. By driving agile processes and influencing delivery teams, your contributions will directly shape impactful solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and features to align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog based on agile principles and program priorities.
  • Lead road map management across organizations and other ad-hoc program manager responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve challenges, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Evaluate team deliverables to ensure technical and conceptual integrity of features and components.
  • Provide continuous feedback to delivery teams, fostering high-quality product outcomes.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and business partners to ensure mutual roadmap alignment and deliverables timing

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, agile methodology, or related roles OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in agile or scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and retrospectives.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in technology product ownership, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Experience in capital planning processes, manufacturing process flows and long term roadmap maintenance.
  • IE experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $137,610.00-194,270.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Work Model for this Role
