In this role, you will be joining a talented team of software engineers who are designing and developing a reusable software foundation to build satellite ground system software.

What You Will Do
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain user interface software
• Work with a team of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment

What You Will Learn
• Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques
• Software lifecycle practices for defense projects

Qualifications You Must Have
• A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Experience with JavaScript and Angular
• Experience developing user interface software
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience developing software using Java
• Experience with microservices in an AWS environment using Docker and Kubernetes
• Software development lifecycle experience using an Agile methodology
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, Eclipse, Jira, Jenkins, Junit, Kafka, and Spring Boot
• Experience with some area of satellite ground system software such as mission management, planning and scheduling, command and telemetry, satellite operations, or flight dynamics models
