Front Office Operations Specialist
The Opportunity:

Space has evolved from a peaceful environment into a contested and congested domain. The U.S. Space Force is rapidly expanding to address global threats. Booz Allen enables mission success through advanced technology and enabling services to deliver speed to outcomes.

Our team is sought out to solve the Service's most difficult and amorphous problems. We are seeking prior service members - with understanding of how the defense enterprise works - and with willingness to problem solve issues big and small. Our teams are tasked with designing, standing up, operating, and optimizing organizations. We're tasked with identifying advanced tools and technology that can expedite military outcomes or reduce staff burden. You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, military leaders, or government officials
  • Experience coordinating executive-level priorities, actions, meetings, and decision-support activities
  • Experience developing correspondence, briefings, reports, and executive communications
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior military, civilian, and industry stakeholders
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting General Officers, Flag Officers, SES, or equivalent senior leaders
  • Experience serving in a Chief of Staff, Executive Officer, Front Office, or Headquarters Staff role
  • Experience tracking and integrating cross-functional actions across multiple organizations
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings and strategic communications


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
