Front-End Developer (Hybrid Role - Augusta, GA)What You'll Do:This position will be located in the Augusta, Georgia office and required to be in office at least two days a week.- Develop and maintain front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS
- Collaborate with Software Architects, UI/UX Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Mentor fellow React engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to code reviews and version control strategies using Git
- Drive innovation by proposing and implementing creative solutions
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience delivering production-ready solutions in React
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for clean code and great user experiences
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with C#, VB.NET, MVC, SQL
- Familiarity with Optimizely (A/B testing suite)
- Experience working with WordPress
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
