Full Job Description
frog is seeking a Vice President to help drive growth across its Customer Transformation (CT) business in North America. This is a senior, market-facing leadership role focused on revenue generation, pipeline development, and executive-level client relationships, rather than delivery management or capability ownership. The role sits within frog, Capgemini Invent's design and experience partner, and plays a critical part in expanding frog's presence in sales, service, and support transformation, with a particular emphasis on AI-enabled and agentic contact center transformation-currently the fastest-growing area of the business. This is a high-impact opportunity for a growth-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and client relationships, and who wants to shape frog's go-to-market presence in a rapidly evolving customer experience landscape.
