About the Job You're Considering

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our teams are looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

frog is a leading global creative consultancy and part of Capgemini Invent. We challenge the status quo to craft and build human experiences that win hearts and move markets. Partnering with passionate leaders and visionary entrepreneurs, we apply creativity, strategy, design, and data to reinvent businesses, drive growth, and orchestrate customer-centric transformation.

frog Strategists are architects of business value who connect people's needs, market dynamics, emerging technologies, and client business objectives. Our work spans Business Strategy, Product Strategy, and Experience Strategy, united by a focus on developing strategies that move from insight and opportunity to tangible solutions and pathways to market.

Your Role

As a Strategist at the Consultant level, you will contribute to business, product, and experience strategy workstreams as part of multidisciplinary design and innovation engagements. You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to ensure that customer and business value are built into the products, services, and experiences we create.

You will combine market dynamics, customer insights, emerging technologies, foresight, and commercial analysis to identify new sources of growth and help shape differentiated businesses, products, and experiences. You will support clients in defining why and where to play, determining what to build, and identifying how to bring new ideas to market.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Design, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-enabled research and synthesis techniques where appropriate to uncover customer needs, identify patterns, and validate opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, white-space opportunities, and differentiated positioning.
  • Apply foresight and futurecasting approaches to assess how technological, societal, consumer, and market trends may reshape industries, customer expectations, and future sources of competitive advantage.
  • Synthesize customer, market, competitive, and future-oriented insights into clear opportunity areas, strategic hypotheses, and points of view that support client decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and commercially viable growth strategies, value propositions, business models, products, services, and experiences.
  • Explore how emerging technologies, including AI and generative AI, can enable new customer experiences, products, services, and business models.
  • Translate technological possibilities into clear customer and commercial value while considering responsible, practical, and scalable applications.
  • Help translate strategic opportunities into product and experience directions by contributing to concepts, customer journeys, service blueprints, product requirements, prototypes, and other tangible expressions of strategy.
  • Evaluate the commercial potential and anticipated business impact of strategic, product, and experience decisions, considering market size, revenue potential, business models, pricing, costs, and investment requirements.
  • Support financial modeling, revenue forecasting, opportunity assessment, and business-case development where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Product Managers, Researchers, and other specialists from early opportunity definition and concept development through validation, launch, and scale.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment with clients through stakeholder interviews, workshops, co-creation sessions, strategic discussions, working sessions, and presentations.
  • Create clear, well-structured, and compelling strategic narratives, frameworks, recommendations, and deliverables that translate complex analysis into actionable direction.
  • Use AI-augmented ways of working to strengthen research, accelerate analysis, explore alternatives, and improve the clarity and effectiveness of client deliverables.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through research, opportunity framing, proposal development, and strategic recommendations.

Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience:
  • One to five years of relevant experience across strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong qualitative, quantitative, commercial, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to connect customer needs, market dynamics, emerging trends, and commercial considerations into a cohesive strategic point of view.
  • Experience supporting business, product, experience, innovation, or growth strategy initiatives.
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, market analysis, competitive analysis, trend analysis, and opportunity assessment.
  • Ability to use AI, generative AI, analytics, or other intelligence-enabled approaches to enhance research, synthesis, analysis, ideation, or solution development.
  • Understanding of how emerging technologies, including AI, may influence future products, experiences, services, and business models.
  • Ability to evaluate the customer and commercial implications of strategic opportunities and recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills, with the ability to structure and communicate a compelling point of view on complex topics.
  • Passion for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and other innovators.
  • Confidence collaborating with and presenting to client stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about new businesses, products, experiences, technologies, consumer behaviors, and cultural trends shaping the present and future.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic consulting environment while managing multiple priorities and contributing to high-quality client deliverables.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is expected. An MBA or other advanced degree may be beneficial but is not required.
