Staff Product Marketing Engineer to lead strategic marketing efforts, drive roadmap alignment, and ensure successful execution of product launches. This role is pivotal in strengthening competitive positioning, enabling go-to-market strategies, and accelerating revenue growth for this high-potential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute product marketing strategies for ForgeFPGA to capture market share in the low-density FPGA segment.
- Align product roadmap with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Go-to-Market Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans for new products and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
- Market Analysis & Positioning:
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers.
- Sales Enablement:
- Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support global sales teams.
- Drive adoption of marketing strategies across regional teams.
- Performance & Growth:
- Monitor KPIs and market feedback to optimize strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion within the low-density FPGA market.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 8+ years in product marketing or related roles within the semiconductor or FPGA industry.
- Proven track record of leading strategic marketing initiatives and successful product launches.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of FPGA technology and market dynamics.
